Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment 24-48 hours before, 50% of the booking value will be charged.

Any no-shows or cancellations on the same day of the booking are liable to be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

Deposit Policy

We kindly ask that all clients pay a deposit to confirm their appointment. We will send you a safe and secure link to pay your deposit. Due to company policy, if a deposit is not paid 48 hours before your booking your appointment may be cancelled.
